Filtering candidates higher up in your funnel helps to save time and money by reducing the turnover that can result from hiring candidates that are unqualified, ineligible or otherwise not a match for the role. That's why today we are excited to announce the release of [Quick Questions](https://www.jobpixel.com/employer/my-jobs)! With Quick Questions, employers will have the option to add up to 5 multiple-choice questions for candidates to complete prior to submitting their video introductions. From the My JobPixels Dashboard, employers will then be able to sort and filter candidates based on their responses.
