From JobPixel's inception, we have been committed to providing Employers with a better hiring experience - one that improves their ability to identify and hire the best candidates, reduces time to hire and cuts costs. A significant challenge to delivering on that improved experience has meant addressing one of the most time consuming steps of the hiring funnel, the dreaded phone screen.
Rather than Employers dealing with scheduling phone screens, worrying about no-shows, and spending countless hours conducting those actual phone screens, JobPixel lets you simply send candidates a link to record their video introduction on their own time.
Today, we are launching a new Invite Candidates feature to make the process of sending out those links to candidates even better!
Import or Enter Candidate Details
Whether your candidate records live in your ATS, a job board or another internal source, our platform will allow you to upload a CSV file and import all those records to JobPixel. If you prefer, you can also enter candidates manually.
Confirm and Review Records
Once imported, your records will be reviewed for accuracy, giving you the opportunity to make any manual edits if needed, before you proceed to the messaging step.
Create Your Message
Choose from our default invite message or create your own custom message. You can even dynamically insert fields like Candidate Name, Company Name, Job Title, and more. Lastly, select whether you want a reminder message sent out after 2 days and hit send.
Just like that, your invites will be sent out in bulk with a link to your JobPixel. All that's left to do is sit back and wait for the video introductions to roll in!
