Feature Release: Quick Questions

Written by Ryan Stevens | July 6, 2021

While many decisions in the hiring process are subjective, we recognize that occasionally there is a need to objectively prescreen candidates to determine if they meet the minimum requirements of the job. Filtering candidates higher up in your funnel helps to save time and money by reducing the turnover that can result from hiring candidates that are unqualified, ineligible or otherwise not a match for the role. That's why today we are excited to announce the release of Quick Questions!

With Quick Questions, employers will have the option to add up to 5 multiple-choice questions for candidates to complete prior to submitting their video introductions. From the My JobPixels Dashboard, employers will then be able to sort and filter candidates based on their responses.

Choose from Preset Popular Questions or Create Your Own

Save time by choosing from a selection of popular questions covering topics such as work authorization, education, certifications, background checks, overtime and commute requirements.

Don't see a popular question that meets your needs? Create your own customer questions, provide possible answers and denote the "preferred" answer (or answers if it's a multi-select question).

Filtering and Reviewing Preferred Candidates

Access each candidate's answers from their video introduction information card in your Dashboard. Use filters to narrow your view of candidates based on specific answers to your questions.
